This year is the 40th anniversary of u3a in the UK so Brightlingsea have decided to show some of the photos from our photography group to help celebrate the event. The photo group is one of many groups in your local u3a. The display is in the library for 3-4 weeks so come and see the results of our efforts. WebThe Pioneer Sailing Trust and members of Brightlingsea u3a worked together on producing the clothing layer by layer from underwear to weather-proofed outer wear, on finding materials and patterns and learning something of the social and economic conditions of working seafarers. The talk will be illustrated and show the journey and outcomes
