WebNov 4, 2015 · Generally speaking, you need to install your wire in conduit in the slab with a stub up. As you are builing up your blocks, you would install 3 - 4 foot sections of EMT. Then you lift each cinder block to feed the conduit through it. You could go with higher sections of pipe, but it makes lifting the cider block over the conduit a bit tougher.
