WebI'm not really sure what your problem is here, but i know that there's a bug in SolidWorks that once you create a thin cut feature, you can't ever turn it back into a regular cut feature. You have to delete the feature entirely (keep the sketch) and reissue the cut-extrude command. goboatmen • 8 yr. ago. Damn, this worked perfectly.
